Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 2 cups shredded Colby-Jack or Monterey Jack cheese
  • tortilla chips (optional dippers)
  • celery sticks (optional dippers)
  • carrot sticks (optional dippers)
  • baguette slices (optional dippers)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a shallow baking dish or casserole pan.
  • Combine chicken, cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, and ranch or blue cheese dressing in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth.
  • Transfer mixture to prepared dish. Spread evenly and top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Watch edges to prevent over-browning.
  • Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve with choice of chips, bread, or vegetables.

Notes

Use pre-shredded rotisserie chicken for convenience. Keep cream cheese at room temperature to avoid lumps. Adjust Buffalo sauce to your preferred spice level. Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
