Equipment

  • large punch bowl
  • mixing spoon
  • knife for slicing fruit
  • cutting board
  • serving glasses

Ingredients

  • 3 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups prepared lemonade
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups ginger ale or lemon-lime soda
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves
  • ice cubes as needed

Instructions

  • In a large punch bowl, combine the pineapple juice, prepared lemonade, and orange juice. Stir thoroughly until well blended.
  • Add the pineapple chunks, lemon, lime, and orange slices to the mixture.
  • Lightly bruise the mint leaves to release their aroma, then add them to the punch.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1–2 hours to allow the flavors to blend.
  • Just before serving, pour in the ginger ale or lemon-lime soda.
  • Add ice cubes to keep the punch cold.
  • Stir gently and serve immediately, ensuring each glass gets fruit and liquid.

Notes

Chill all ingredients before mixing to keep the punch cold longer. Add soda just before serving to maintain fizz. For a lower-sugar version, use sparkling water instead of soda. Fresh fruit is recommended for best flavor and presentation. You can also customize with mango, berries, or coconut water for variations.
