Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (almond, dairy, or milk of choice)
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  • Pour the milk into the blender to help the blades move smoothly.
  • Add the frozen strawberries and pineapple chunks. Include any optional add-ins if using.
  • Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust consistency with more milk or ice if needed, then pour into glasses and serve.

Notes

Use frozen strawberries for a thicker texture without ice. Adjust sweetness depending on pineapple ripeness. Add banana or protein powder for extra creaminess and staying power. Best enjoyed immediately after blending.
