This Strawberry Piña Colada Smoothie is a refreshing tropical drink made with sweet strawberries, pineapple, banana, creamy coconut yogurt, and coconut milk. Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chilled and hulled
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 container coconut Greek yogurt (about 5–6 oz)
  • 1 1/4–1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk beverage

Instructions
 

  • Place the fresh strawberries into a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth to create a bright strawberry puree.
  • Add the frozen banana, frozen pineapple, coconut Greek yogurt, and coconut milk to the blender. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth, creamy, and thick.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add a small amount of additional coconut milk and blend again until the texture is thick but pourable.
  • Pour the pineapple coconut smoothie mixture into two serving glasses, filling them about halfway. Add a few spoonfuls of the strawberry puree on top.
  • Use a spoon or knife to gently swirl the strawberry puree into the smoothie to create a marbled effect. Serve immediately while cold and creamy.

Notes

For the thickest texture, use frozen pineapple and banana. If the smoothie becomes too thick, add a little more coconut milk until it reaches your desired consistency. You can increase protein by adding protein powder or extra Greek yogurt. For extra fiber, add chia seeds or flax seeds. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
