These quick high-protein cheesy garlic chicken wraps are baked until golden and crispy outside while staying creamy and cheesy inside. Made with tender chicken, garlic, Greek yogurt, and melted cheese, they’re perfect for busy weeknights, meal prep, or casual family dinners.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or blend)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
  • 2 tbsp green onions, sliced
  • 1 spray olive oil spray
  • salt, to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix the cooked chicken, minced garlic, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, hot sauce if using, and salt until creamy and evenly combined.
  • Lay a tortilla flat, sprinkle a little cheese in the center, add the chicken mixture, top with green onions and more cheese, then roll tightly into a wrap.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place wraps seam-side down on a lined baking sheet and lightly spray with olive oil.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wraps are golden, crispy, and cheese is melted. Rest 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken to save time. Freshly shredded cheese melts best. Avoid overfilling to keep wraps easy to roll. Wraps can be assembled ahead and baked just before serving.
