Ingredients
  

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely sliced
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat and lightly brush it with olive oil.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the hot pan and grill for about 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through and nicely browned.
  • Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for about 5 minutes, then slice it into thin strips.
  • In a small bowl, gently toss the diced avocado with lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
  • Lay the tortillas flat on a clean work surface and spread 1–2 tablespoons of ranch dressing in the center of each tortilla.
  • Layer shredded lettuce, sliced grilled chicken, diced avocado, tomato pieces, and red onion evenly over the dressing.
  • Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the fillings for extra freshness.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly from the bottom to form a secure wrap.
  • Place the wrap seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat and toast for 2–3 minutes per side until the tortilla is golden and crispy. Slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

Warm tortillas slightly before assembling to make rolling easier. Avoid overfilling the wrap so it stays tight and holds together while toasting. For extra flavor, add shredded cheese or sliced jalapeños. Whole-wheat tortillas can be used for added fiber, and grilled chicken thighs can replace chicken breasts for a juicier result. For meal prep, store ingredients separately and assemble fresh wraps before serving.
