Ingredients
  

  • 600 g chicken breast, cubed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • salt for fries

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, Greek yogurt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Add the cubed chicken and toss until fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  • Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces for even cooking.
  • Grill the skewers over medium-high heat for 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan and fry the potato strips until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and grated parmesan cheese until combined.
  • Brush the cooked chicken skewers generously with the garlic parmesan sauce while still hot.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately with crispy fries on the side.

Notes

Marinate the chicken overnight for deeper flavor and tenderness. Soak wooden skewers before grilling to prevent burning. For a lighter option, bake or air-fry the fries instead of deep frying. You can substitute chicken breast with boneless thighs for extra juiciness.
