Ingredients
  

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 carrot (cut into small triangles)
  • 2 black olives
  • 200 g salami slices
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • fresh lettuce leaves
  • fresh dill sprigs
  • toothpicks

Instructions
 

  • Boil eggs for 10–12 minutes, cool in ice water, peel, and slice lengthwise. Arrange halves to form swan bodies.
  • Use egg slices to shape curved necks, then add carrot triangles for beaks and olive pieces for eyes.
  • Fold and roll salami slices tightly, layering them to form rose shapes. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  • Slice cucumber and arrange with lettuce leaves and dill sprigs around the swans and roses.
  • Adjust all elements for balance and presentation, then serve immediately.

Notes

Use a sharp knife for clean egg cuts and soak the blade slightly to prevent sticking. Prepare elements ahead but assemble just before serving for freshness. Substitute salami with vegetarian options like roasted beet slices if needed.
