Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices thick-cut bread (brioche or challah preferred)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 strips beef or turkey bacon
  • 4 halal breakfast sausages
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp cream or milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  • Dip each bread slice into the mixture, coating both sides evenly without oversoaking.
  • Heat butter in a skillet and cook bread for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Drizzle with maple syrup and keep warm.
  • Cook beef or turkey bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy, then set aside on paper towels.
  • Cook sausages in a pan over medium heat, turning occasionally until fully cooked and browned.
  • Whisk eggs with cream, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in a pan and add eggs.
  • Cook eggs slowly over low heat, stirring gently until soft and creamy. Remove from heat and add herbs.
  • Arrange French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages on a platter. Serve warm with extra maple syrup.

Notes

Use thick-cut bread like brioche or challah for best results. Cook scrambled eggs on low heat for a creamy texture. You can substitute milk and butter with dairy-free alternatives if needed. Customize with fruits, vegetables, or different proteins to suit your taste.
