Ingredients
  

  • 400 g beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 3 large potatoes, cut into fries
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • salt to taste
  • 2 cups lettuce, chopped
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil (optional for salad)

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season beef with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin. Sauté 4–5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove beef from pan.
  • Add remaining olive oil to the skillet. Sauté red and yellow bell peppers 3–4 minutes until tender but slightly crisp. Return beef and toss 1–2 minutes to combine.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan. Fry potato pieces until golden and crispy, 5–7 minutes. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.
  • In a bowl, combine lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. Drizzle with lemon juice and optional olive oil, toss gently.
  • Serve sautéed steak and peppers hot alongside crispy fries and a portion of salad.

Notes

Slice steak and peppers evenly for uniform cooking. Avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure tenderness and crispiness. Soak potato fries in water for 30 minutes before frying to remove excess starch. Season gradually and adjust after cooking. Serve fries fresh and salad with dressing just before serving.
