Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Wash the oranges thoroughly. Zest one orange first, then juice enough oranges to get fresh juice.
  • In a high-speed blender, combine the coconut cream, orange juice, orange zest, honey or agave, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  • Blend on high for 30–60 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Pour the mixture into serving glasses or small bowls. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Before serving, sprinkle with shredded coconut, extra orange zest, or a slice of fresh orange. Serve chilled.

Notes

Use cold ingredients for best texture. Zest lightly to avoid bitterness. Adjust sweetness or texture with honey, maple syrup, or coconut milk. Serve in clear glasses to showcase the pale golden color.
