Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 2 tbsp cream of coconut
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened condensed milk (optional)
  • 1/8 tsp ground turmeric (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add the frozen mango, pineapple juice, coconut water, cream of coconut, and fresh lime juice to a high-speed blender. Add condensed milk or turmeric if using.
  • Blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes, until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides if needed.
  • Taste and adjust as desired. Add more lime juice for brightness, coconut water to thin, or pineapple juice for extra sweetness.
  • Pour into chilled glasses, garnish with toasted coconut, lime wheels, or pineapple slices, and serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen mango instead of ice for the best texture. For a lighter version, swap cream of coconut for light coconut milk or coconut yogurt. Adjust sweetness and thickness to taste, and serve immediately for the creamiest consistency.
