Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 8 oz linguine or spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • lemon slices for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  • Season the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken for 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Melt butter in the same skillet, sauté garlic, add lemon juice, then return chicken and toss to coat. Sprinkle parsley.
  • In another pan, melt butter and add heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Add Parmesan cheese gradually, stirring until smooth. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss. Use reserved pasta water if needed to loosen.
  • Serve pasta topped with lemon garlic chicken. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the smoothest sauce and avoid boiling the cream to prevent curdling. Adjust lemon juice تدريجيًا to control acidity. You can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter option or add vegetables like spinach or broccoli for extra nutrition.
