Ingredients
  

  • 12 chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 large potatoes, cut into fries
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • 2 cups lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for salad)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until each piece is evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
  • Place the wings on the grill and cook for 20–25 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  • Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 20 minutes, then drain and pat completely dry.
  • Toss potatoes with cornstarch. Fry in hot oil in batches until golden and crispy, then salt immediately.
  • Combine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber in a bowl. Top with crumbled feta cheese.
  • Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salad and toss gently.
  • Serve grilled wings hot with crispy fries and fresh salad.

Notes

Pat potatoes completely dry before frying for maximum crispiness. Avoid overcrowding the pan to maintain oil temperature. Turn wings regularly while grilling and let them rest before serving. Chicken should reach an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F). Add a squeeze of lemon for extra freshness. Fries can be baked or air-fried for a lighter option.
