Ingredients
  

  • 4 large (10-inch) flour or whole wheat tortillas
  • 4 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 16 oz cooked chicken, shredded or sliced
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (for optional homemade dressing)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (for optional homemade dressing)
  • 2 tbsp spicy brown mustard (for optional homemade dressing)
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (for optional homemade dressing)
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (for optional homemade dressing)
  • to taste Salt and pepper (for optional homemade dressing)

Instructions
 

  • Lay out the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread about 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing evenly over each tortilla.
  • In the center of each tortilla, layer 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce, 4 oz cooked chicken, and 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan. Make sure not to overfill.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to secure the ingredients. Wrap in plastic wrap or parchment if prepping for later. Slice diagonally.
  • Serve immediately for a fresh, crisp texture. Optional: place extra Caesar dressing on the side for dipping.

Notes

Use chilled ingredients to keep the wrap fresh. Add dressing right before rolling to prevent sogginess. Wrap tightly for meal prep and store in the fridge up to 24 hours. Customize with different proteins or vegetables.
