Ingredients
  

  • 4–5 cups romaine lettuce, chopped and dried
  • 1 cup croutons (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cooked grilled chicken, diced (optional)
  • ¼ cup bacon bits or smoked turkey pieces (optional)
  • cherry tomatoes or avocado slices (optional)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1–2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • to taste salt and black pepper
  • 2–4 small bottles for individual servings

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Dry thoroughly using a salad spinner or paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing into small bottles for individual servings.
  • Place a layer of chopped lettuce at the bottom of each mini cup. Add croutons, sprinkle Parmesan, and include optional protein or toppings. Top with extra croutons or Parmesan flakes.
  • Serve each cup with one dressing bottle. Guests can drizzle as desired.

Notes

Prep lettuce and dressing 1–2 days ahead; assemble cups the same day for freshness. Use vegan or lighter versions of dressing as needed. Optional proteins and toppings can customize each cup.
