Ingredients
- 4 sheets graham crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp extra chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- extra graham crackers or fruit slices for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to broil on high and lightly grease a 10–12 inch oven-safe skillet or dish.
- Spread crushed graham crackers evenly across the bottom to form the base.
- Evenly scatter chocolate chips over the graham cracker layer.
- Top with mini marshmallows, covering most of the surface.
- Arrange sliced bananas and strawberries evenly over the marshmallows.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans (if using) and remaining chocolate chips on top.
- Broil for 2–4 minutes until marshmallows are puffed and golden brown. Watch carefully.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then serve warm with graham crackers or fruit for dipping.
Notes
