Ingredients
  

  • fresh baby spinach
  • broccoli florets, finely chopped
  • fresh blueberries
  • avocado, diced
  • crumbled feta cheese
  • dried cranberries
  • sunflower seeds (roasted or raw)
  • Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • mayonnaise (optional)
  • buttermilk (or milk + lemon juice)
  • garlic, finely minced
  • lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • poppy seeds
  • dried parsley
  • dried dill
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • paprika
  • salt and black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise (if using), buttermilk, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Add poppy seeds, parsley, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and chill for 15–20 minutes.
  • Wash and dry spinach. Finely chop broccoli into small florets. Dice avocado just before assembling and prepare remaining ingredients.
  • In a large bowl, combine spinach, broccoli, blueberries, cranberries, feta, avocado, and sunflower seeds. Toss gently.
  • Drizzle the chilled dressing over the salad and toss lightly until coated. Serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, chill the dressing before serving to enhance flavor. Add avocado just before serving to prevent browning. You can lighten the dressing by using only Greek yogurt or make it dairy-free with plant-based alternatives.
