Equipment

  • large skillet
  • non-stick frying pan
  • mixing bowl
  • spatula
  • knife and cutting board
  • serving plate

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 4 breakfast sausage patties
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • salt and black pepper for potatoes, to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add the diced potatoes, and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and crispy outside while tender inside.
  • In a separate skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat for about 6–8 minutes until crispy. Transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.
  • Using the same skillet used for the bacon, cook the sausage patties over medium heat. Brown each side for 4–5 minutes until fully cooked.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat, then pour in the egg mixture. Stir gently with a spatula and cook slowly until the eggs are soft, fluffy, and slightly creamy. Remove from heat before overcooking.
  • Arrange the scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, sausage patties, and potatoes on a serving plate. Garnish the potatoes with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately while hot.

Notes

Dice potatoes evenly so they cook at the same rate and become crispy. Cook scrambled eggs on medium-low heat for the best creamy texture. You can substitute turkey bacon, chicken sausage, or plant-based alternatives for a lighter or vegetarian option. Smoked paprika can also be used instead of regular paprika for deeper flavor.
