Equipment

  • baking dish Large enough for single layer of chicken
  • mixing bowl
  • meat thermometer Optional but recommended
  • spoon or spatula

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup creamy Caesar salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
If chicken breasts are thick, gently pound them to even thickness.
  • Place chicken in baking dish and season lightly with black pepper.
  • In a small bowl, mix Caesar dressing, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), and Parmesan until smooth.
  • Spoon the sauce evenly over each chicken piece, covering tops fully.
  • Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C). Optionally broil 2–3 minutes for golden top.
  • Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Double the sauce if you love extra for pasta or rice. Use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a lighter version. Chicken breasts and thighs both work—adjust cooking time for thighs. Refrigerated Caesar dressing gives best flavor. Let the chicken rest 5 minutes after baking for extra juiciness.
