Ingredients
  

  • 250 g graham crackers, crushed
  • 120 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 450 g cream cheese, softened
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp gelatin, dissolved in 3 tbsp warm water
  • 150 g caramel sauce
  • 100 g toffee bits
  • 80 g chocolate chunks
  • 150 ml whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press firmly into a springform pan. Chill for 20 minutes.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add heavy cream and vanilla, whipping until light and fluffy, then mix in dissolved gelatin.
  • Pour filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until firm.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake, then sprinkle with toffee bits and chocolate chunks. Add whipped cream on top.
  • Chill for an additional 30 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is softened for a smooth filling. Chill thoroughly for best texture. You can substitute gelatin with agar-agar for a vegetarian version. Add toppings just before serving to maintain texture and freshness.
